Yes, at no charge you may obtain a summary of your previous encounter(s) by logging into your account and clicking Visit History. For a $20.00 processing fee you may obtain a detailed record, however this process takes approximately 20 days. Please email us at [email protected] to inquire about your detailed medical record(s).
4. What ages does GuruMD treat?
Ages 3 years old and up.
5. What do we treat?
The most common non-emergent conditions including: sinus infection, skin rashes, diarrhea and many more! Please see our website’s homepage for a more thorough list!
6. Do you treat emergent conditions?
NO, call 911 immediately if you are experiencing an emergency. We are for low acuity medical conditions only.
7. Can I have my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy electronically?
Yes, we can send them to almost all major pharmacies within the United States.
8. Do you prescribe narcotics?
No, by law we cannot prescribe any scheduled drugs nor narcotics.
9. Does GuruMD order lab work?
No, we currently do not offer lab orders nor are we a substitute for your primary care provider.
10. Which type of healthcare provider will see me?
You will see a Board Certified Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant who all have extensive training in the medical field and are upheld to the highest standards.
11. What happens if I get disconnected during the encounter?
